BioTears, a twice-daily oral supplement available in gel caps, is de­signed to enhance the body’s ability to absorb and convert omega 6 fatty acids to a tear-specific series E1 prostaglandin, which has anti-inflammatory properties that alleviate the signs and symptoms of dry eyes.
